We love all the sparklers made in New Mexico by this French Champagne family, but especially the Blanc de Noirs. It is not a rose, but rather a white wine made from red grapes, with a mere hint of onion-skin off-white color. Hints of berries on the nose, and a bright fresh fruit character on the palate make this a delightful and celebratory apertif.
